Sportive physiotherapy

The sportive physiotherapist has extensive knowledge about human anatomy and its behavior when under physical training. Thanks to this knowledge, we can apply a variety of techniques whether rehabilitating or functional recovering for the sportsman. Beyond treating common injuries when playing sports (muscle contracture, strain, fibrillary rupture, ligament sprain, muscle rupture, tendon plasties), we offer assessment to prevent injuries throughout schedules and customized therapeutic exercise guidelines for between competitions.

We can also help you with posture correction techniques to avoid improper positioning and overloads when practicing sports. And even if you have no injuries, we also offer a massage service for maintenance to assure a good muscle tone.

Besides functional rehabilitation and individualized sportive retraining, we treat acute and chronic injuries using the following methods:

· Manual techniques: massage therapy, kinesitherapy, myofascial work, neurodynamics and kinesiotape (neuromuscular bandaging)

· Tool techniques: Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy (PET), dry puncturing, diacutaneous fibrolysis (hooks), electrotherapy (US, magnetotherapy, TENS), suction pads, etc.

We offer you an expert assessment so you can find the best fit between practicing sports and your personal plan.
